If you don’t know already, I’m neck deep in writing my very first book. It’s a close up encounter with the f-word, sex, dating, hookups, alcohol-induced shame spirals, patriotism, emotional recovery, lessons learned, and everything in between.

If I experienced it – it’s fair game.

Like yourself, I enjoy learning from the experience of others so I felt this would be the time to share mine. My book is currently in the process so please be patient as the many rough drafts get scrutinized, adjusted, polished, and tailor made to light a fire under your ass so you can handle your shxt once and for all.
