It’s important to be ultra selective about who you choose to spend your time with.

Your daily discipline…

Your every day thoughts…

The energy you show up with…

The progress you make toward your goals…

…and everything in between…

Are HEAVILY influenced by the people who are within arms reach to you.

And this is something you need to take literally if you truly want to build your ultimate life.

In fact, most people aren’t going to understand your sacrifices, your ambitions, or your actions.

That’s okay.

The uncomfortable truth is this…

…you need to replace them with people who make obsession feel normal and support your goals.

It can be hard AF to do this because sometimes these people are family, childhood friends, college roommates, or stood next to you at your wedding.

But, if you truly want to chase your most ambitious desires in life…

It’s going to be difficult enough without a bunch of negative Nancys trying to remind you to “stop acting insane.”

Surrounding yourself with people who remind you to raise the bar on yourself and push you to be GREAT is one of the best things you can do for your life, your progress… and your sanity.

This is not optional.

The longer you keep relationships around that no longer align with your core values or goals…

The longer you’ll stay exactly where you are right now.

I understand this first hand.

If you knew how hard it was and how long it took to build my little world of peace and progress…

You’d understand why I am very cautious about who I allow in my life…

And how quick I am to cut the wrong people out.

No guilt.

No apologies.

Zero deviation.
