Make sure you discern who you choose to listen to on social media, podcasts, newsletters, and everything in between.

Everybody will have an opinion on how you should live your life and what you should change.

Here’s a good rule of thumb…

They only question you need to be asking yourself is this…

DOES THIS PERSON PRACTICE WHAT THEY POST?

If you’re not sure, that’s probably a red flag and you should ask more critical questions.

Many people pretend to have a better life on social media so they can sell you their shit.

Ask more questions.

Discern the facts.

And decide what your path should be based on your own instincts and research.

Your path is your choice and your choice alone.

Regardless of what anybody else says…

Only you can decide what’s best for yourself.
