A lot of people will tell you to hide from your ambition or you that should be ashamed of it.

And that’s why I’m going to tell you right now…

Fuck those people!

Failing against HUGE ambitious goals will ALWAYS bring more success than obtaining a small one.

I could care less what you were taught in middle school.

I don’t care what your grandparents told you.

I don’t give a shit what the “influencers” profess on social media.

I live for AMBTIOUS GOALS!

I breathe ambition.

I use ambition.

I teach ambition.

I witness ambition in others.

And I’ve seen it work several times over not to believe this kind of mentality works wholeheartedly.

The reason most people reach the end of their life and look back with regret is because they never freed their mind to think more ambitiously.

When you think “small” and “obtainable” you confine yourself to “realistic” bullshit that automatically places limitations on your subconscious beliefs.

This is why you never manifest anything bigger than mediocrity…

…including the amount of work you’re willing to put in and which action steps you execute.

When you think ambitiously, it forces you to clear the path to what must be done in order to see it through to the end.

When this happens… your thoughts, ideas, and actions all become aligned much faster.

Then, you begin to full throttle right through the smaller tactics and strategies you put in place at a quicker pace, and automatically… as you stay the course.

Those who profess the “small goal” mindset are selling complacency, mediocrity, and tickets to a physician burnout retreat.

Fuck those people and their 7-day frameworks!

Start thinking AMBITIOUSLY.

Unbelievably AMBITIOUS.

The type of AMBITOUS that people will laugh at you for.

And when you place your head on your pillow tonight, visualize yourself living the kind of life that only those type of AMBITOUS goals will allow.

When I first set out to become an executive coach to surgeons, I was met with eye rolls and “come on, really?” comments.

I had family and friends tell me to stick with a real job, find a real salary, get medical insurance benefits, and to be more practical about my future… preferably inside a publicly traded corporate chain.

And, as I moved forward and became even more ambitious…

I received DM’s from doubters filled with skepticism.

I was denied opportunities by colleagues for introductions into healthcare circles.

I was laughed at constantly.

People talked shit behind my back.

And here’s what I did…

I took an inventory of every motherfucker who ever made a negative comment and I let it sting the shit out of me.

Hard.

And here’s what I can tell you I did next…

Redirected that energy back toward my ambitions and shoved it down their fucking throats.

Every. Single. Time.

That’s how I operate.

It’s a mentality not everyone has.

You either get it or you don’t.

If you apply more AMBITION to your life I promise you this…

You’ll fucking dominate.

Because you were born to be a winner.

And when your AMBITION brings you the choice between a Bugatti or Lamborghini … you can tell your haters that your answer was BOTH!
