You can’t look at yourself naked and feel good if you don’t work on your body.

You can’t feel good about your career if you’re putting in a half ass effort.

You can’t feel good about your intrapersonal relationships if you’re not putting in the effort.

You can’t sit on your ass all day, do nothing, “love yourself,” and expect to be happy.

That’s the shit losers think…

And why they never find happiness.

No matter how much you try to convince yourself or others that you’re doing the work…

You know the truth.

Lying to yourself isn’t “healthy” it’s delusional.

So, don’t feed into this toxic positivity culture and don’t accept the low standards this level of delusion brings.

I know you don’t want this for yourself.

Neither do I.

And if you do, it’s weak as fuck.

You will never feel amazing about who you are unless you put your head down, do the work, and dig it out of the mud with your bare hands…

Especially on the days you don’t feel like it.

That’s what it takes.

That’s the separating factor.

Anything less only guarantees a life of mediocrity.

So be happy…

But know there’s a lot more work to be done.

The better you understand and adopt this mindset for yourself…
